This log-cabin gem was build and established by John and Goldie Wilson on Dort Highway. Managed by Jules Cantin, they served up steaks and swings in dim-lit glory—busboys hustling, bands jamming—until a post-1982 blaze turned it to ash. Our throwback design smolders with that roadside swagger.
