When will I receive my tracking number?

You should receive your shipping confirmation email and tracking number within 1-3 business days after place your order. If you are purchasing a personalized or customized item that required review and approval of a proof, your shipping confirmation will be received within 3-4 business days after your approval is received. During holidays and sales, it may take as long as 5-7 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.

  

What are your shipping charges?


Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (please allow additional 2-3 days for fulfillment). We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59+.

We also ship to US Military bases in America, Pacific, and Europe. Our shipping to those locations is a flat fee of $9.99. Please contact us at info@retromichigan.com for details on shipping to military.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer shipping outside the US.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

It generally takes less than 24 hours to process your order and you will receive email confirmations when your items has been shipped. Printing and shipping usually take 3-7 business days after your order has been processed - depending on your location and seasonality.

All free shipping is sent via USPS.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

RetroMichigan.com leverages a "print on demand" shipping through US based vendors across the country. 

All orders are automatically routed to the best-suited print facility closest to the delivery destination to massively reduce shipping times, and insuring the 'greenest' possible experience.

 

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

●  Ask your local post office if they have your package.

●  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@retromichigan.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
