πŸŽ„ Recommended Order Deadlines

The team at our fulfillment centers is working hard, but carrier capacity gets extremely tight this time of year. To maximize your chances of a timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing your orders by these dates:

Standard Shipping: Order by December 11, 2025 (Applies to most tees and apparel).

Express Shipping: Available for select tees and hoodies. Order by December 16, 2025. Look for the "Express Shipping" link on the product page or click here for a complete list of Express eligible items.

⏱️ Estimated Production Times

Please remember that "Production Time" is the time it takes to create/print your item before it is shipped. Here is a quick guide on current production speeds:

Where are your fulfillment centers located?

To ensure the quickest delivery across the state and beyond, we utilize fulfillment centers on both the East Coast and West Coast. Your order will be routed to the facility that can best expedite your specific items based on inventory and your location.

Does RetroMichigan offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer an Express Shipping option for select t-shirts and hoodies. You can find these items directly in our Express Shipping Collection.

Will all of the items I ordered arrive in the same package?

We cannot guarantee a single shipment. We prioritize getting your order out quickly, which sometimes means shipping items (like a canvas print and a t-shirt) separately. You will receive a unique tracking code for each package in your order.

My order has shipped, but the tracking info is not updating.

Due to the high volume during the holidays, shipping carriers can experience delays in scanning and updating tracking information. It can typically take 48-72 hours for tracking details to appear on the carrier’s website. If a full week has passed and you are still having trouble tracking your package, please contact us.

I received the wrong size/item, or something is damaged/missing.

If you received an incorrect order, a damaged item, or if something is missing, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at info@retromichigan.com and we will resolve the issue right away.

An item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it before the holidays?

Due to the surge in demand, we cannot guarantee that any currently out-of-stock items will be restocked before the end of the holiday season.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! E-gift cards are the perfect last-minute gift. You can purchase them from our online store right here.
